Product Overview
Thin Layer Nano WS₂ Dispersion is a ready-to-use colloidal suspension of tungsten disulfide nanosheets with precisely controlled dimensions. This transition metal dichalcogenide features the characteristic S-W-S sandwich structure, where tungsten atoms are covalently bonded between sulfur layers in a hexagonal arrangement. We synthesize this material through an optimized lithium intercalation process, creating an intercalation compound that expands in solvent and undergoes ultrasonic exfoliation. The resulting dispersion maintains a 1T-2H hybrid crystal structure with approximately 60% 1T phase content (batch-dependent variation).
