Product Overview
HQ Graphene WTe₂ is a high-purity semimetal material and a Type-II Weyl semimetal (WSM). As a member of the Group VI transition metal dichalcogenides (TMDCs), it consists of layers bound by van der Waals interactions, allowing easy exfoliation into thin two-dimensional sheets. Our crystals exhibit a needle-like or rectangular morphology with a metallic luster and typical lateral dimensions of 0.6–0.8 cm. The n-type WTe₂ we produce shows a high carrier density of approximately 10²⁰ cm⁻³ at room temperature.
