Product Overview
HQ Graphene WSe₂ is a high-purity semiconductor material with an indirect band gap of approximately 1.3 eV. Notably, monolayer WSe₂ exhibits a direct band gap. As a Group VI transition metal dichalcogenide (TMDC), it consists of layers stacked by van der Waals interactions, allowing easy exfoliation into thin two-dimensional sheets. Our crystals feature a hexagonal morphology with a metallic luster and typical lateral dimensions of 0.8–1 cm. We offer both n-type and p-type WSe₂, which typically show carrier densities around 10¹⁵ cm⁻³ at room temperature.
