Product Overview
Our CVD graphene growth relies on three core elements: the substrate, precursor, and growth conditions. The substrate plays a central role—commonly used materials include transition metals like Cu, Ni, Pt, and Au, as well as alloys such as Ni-Mo and stainless steel. Depending on the substrate, graphene forms through two main mechanisms: carbon segregation (where carbon dissolves into the metal and precipitates as graphene upon cooling) and surface-catalyzed deposition (where carbon forms a self-limiting layer, ideal for single-layer growth). We optimize each process based on application targets, followed by transfer onto substrates such as PET, SiO₂, or glass using a PMMA-assisted method.
