Product Overview
Few Layers WS₂ Nano Powder consists of tungsten disulfide nanosheets with precisely controlled 1-10 layer structure. This transition metal dichalcogenide features the characteristic S-W-S sandwich configuration with tungsten atoms covalently bonded between sulfur layers. Prepared through optimized lithium intercalation methodology and freeze-drying process, this powder maintains a 1T-2H hybrid crystal structure with approximately 60% 1T phase content (batch-dependent variation).
