Product Overview
This CVD graphene is grown on high-purity copper foil through a carefully controlled chemical vapor deposition process. The synthesis leverages copper’s unique surface-catalyzed growth mechanism, which promotes the formation of large-area, high-quality monolayer graphene. Researchers can customize the process based on specific experimental needs to optimize film properties for various applications. After growth, the graphene can be transferred—using PMMA-assisted methods—onto substrates such as silicon oxide, quartz, glass, PET, or TEM grids.
