Product Overview
We produce high-quality single-layer graphene films through advanced chemical vapor deposition (CVD) technology. Our process utilizes transition metal substrates (including copper, nickel and their alloys) to enable controlled graphene growth through surface catalysis mechanisms. This self-limiting growth approach ensures uniform single-layer formation, after which we transfer the graphene onto flexible PET substrates using our optimized PMMA-assisted transfer technology.
